Barrow Bling

We wanted our workshop wheel barrow to stand out, so we designed and machined a custom sports rim for it.

The rim is machined from a billet of 6061-T6 aluminium. The billet was first turned on our CNC lathes and the spoke pattern was machined on out CNC milling machines.

If it’s worth doing, it’s worth over doing!

The design is a classic five spoke and features deep groove roller bearings to run on the 1″ shaft of the wheel barrow.

Not bad!
